Dal Soglio & Martens LLP.  He has a broad range of litigation experience, and has represented clients in a wide variety of disputes, including contract claims, unfair business practices lawsuits, alter ego matters, and fraud actions.

Daniel has special expertise in two areas.  First, he has significant experience in products liability cases and toxic tort matters.  His products liability experience includes many different consumer products, including propane grills, glass and plastic bottles, and electronic devices.  His background and experience in toxic tort matters includes cases involving a mercury spill in Peru, groundwater contamination in Phoenix, and mass toxic exposure at locations throughout California.  He has represented defendants in multi-plaintiff personal injury cases involving many different toxins, including benzene, TCE, chromium, and asbestos.  Daniel has also represented clients in connection with industrial accidents, including refinery accidents and explosions.

Daniel also possesses substantial experience and expertise in employment matters.  He has represented employers in sexual harassment, wrongful termination and disability discrimination lawsuits.  In addition, he has assisted numerous clients with employee handbooks, employee arbitration agreements, wage and hour audits, and workplace investigations.  A significant amount of his practice involves providing daily advice and guidance to clients on employment related issues.
